About me
Lachlan is a qualified Disability Support Worker with hands-on experience across both disability and aged care. He started Southern Allied Care (becoming Green and Gold Community Services on Monday 12 October 2026) after seeing first-hand how much difference consistent, person-centred support makes — and how often it’s missing. Certified in First Aid, Manual Handling and Medication Assistance, Lachlan pairs practical skill with genuine warmth and holds the whole team to one simple standard: deliver the kind of support you’d want for your own family. Calm, dependable and easy to talk to, he’s as comfortable planning supports with families as he is out on a shift.
