Beau brings a warm, strengths-based approach to everything he does, with a Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing & Disability) and hands-on experience as a Personal Care Assistant. He’s known for his reliability, his eye for detail, and the calm initiative he brings on shift — the kind of worker who notices what needs doing and quietly gets it done. As a driver with his own car, getting out into the community is easy, and he’s committed to helping participants live with dignity, confidence and as much independence as possible.
