Jakob Haagensen
Jakob is a support worker with a Certificate III in Individual Support, working alongside participants on Active Afternoons and community access across weekdays, evenings and weekends. He focuses on building everyday independence — helping participants manage their own choices and money during outings, plan ahead for trips away, and stay connected to work, appointments and the community. Jakob holds a current NDIS Worker Screening Check and First Aid certification.
